Client is found in his vehicle on the wrong side of the road facing traffic with his lights and engine running. He is awoken by a Texas State Trooper (DPS). After conducting the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, Client is arrested for drunk driving, and charged with felony Driving While Intoxicated (DWI 3rd or More) and booked into the Ellis County Jail.
Client faced 10 years in prison on the 3rd Degree felony charge of DWI 3rd or More.

Felony Assault Jury Trial: NOT GUILTY

Client charged with Aggravated Robbery after the Ellis County District Attorney’s office alleged Client pulled a gun while alleged victim was being car-jacked. Police chase vehicle, and a foot chase ensues also.
Client is identified during trial as the person that car-jacked the witness and held a gun to his head.
Client faced 99 years or Life in prison for the 1st degree felony offense of Aggravated Robbery.

Driving While Intoxicated (DWI 2nd): NOT GUILTY

Client arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) with a prior DWI conviction by a Texas State Trooper, and alleged to have blown almost 3 times the legal limit using a roadside portable breath test.
Trooper also administers the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and arrests Client for DWI. While conducting a search of the vehicle after the arrest, Trooper pulls out several bottles of beer displaying them for the video camera.

Felony DWI with a Child: NO FINDING OF GUILT
(40th Judicial District Court, Ellis County, Texas - 2007):
Client accused of driving while intoxicated with his children in the vehicle. Officer conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and arrested Client for drunk driving asserting intoxication.
Client faced 10 years in prison on the 3rd Degree felony charge of DWI with a Child.
