Danny Freisner limits his practice almost exclusively to criminal defense matters. He has built a successful law practice on being up front with his clients, being down to earth, and understanding how the system really works.

In short, this practice was built, and will continue to be built, on treating people right. This means promptly communicating with our clients, being honest and straight forward about the available options on the table, and fighting for what is best for the client. We understand there is a time to be nice and a time to go for the throat ...knowing the difference between the two is essential for success.

Education:

Danny Freisner received his undergraduate degree with the highest honors of Summa Cum Laude. Shortly thereafter, he began his legal education at South Texas College of Law in Houston. After finishing his formal legal training in Fort Worth, he began practicing criminal defense law in Ellis County, Texas.

Post examination study include many hours devoted to the art of criminal defense, including DWI and related Drunk Driving offenses, trial strategy, and more.

Graduating from the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association Trial College is one, but a few of the special courses and classes he has taken after receiving his Doctorate of Jurisprudence.
